I’ve never done just one thing.

I’ve always done everything at once.
Turns out, that’s not a flaw. It’s the whole point.

WHO IS HANNAH?

Hi! I’m Hannah.

I’m a strategist, facilitator, keynote speaker, author, Professor and the founder of Sparkle Ideas Lab.

I work with organisations who are doing genuinely important things and need someone who can hold the big picture and get in the room and make it happen.

Hannah is sitting on a bench, with her legs crossed. She is smiling at the camera. She is wearing a pink jacket, and bright pink shoes.

I’ve spent my career sitting at the intersection of strategy, innovation, and people. I’ve worked in universities, government, not-for-profits, and corporates. I’ve designed strategy for research centres, facilitated leadership teams through genuine crisis, built neurodiversity programs from scratch, and interviewed 200 ADHD leaders for a book that argues, plainly: this isn’t a deficit. It never was.

I’m also an ADHDer. This means I understand from the inside what it’s like to be brilliant in a system that wasn’t designed for you — and I’ve built a career and a business on proving that the system is the problem worth solving.

“I’m the person you call when the complexity is real, the stakes are high, and the usual approaches aren’t working.”

THE SPARKLE STORY

Sparkle Ideas Lab started as a hypothesis.

The hypothesis: that a lot of smart, well-intentioned work was getting stuck.

Not because people weren’t capable, but because the systems around them weren’t designed for how people actually think, lead, and create. And that there was a better way to work: slower where it needed to be slow, faster where speed was the point, and always with the humans in the room actually at the centre of it.

We tested that hypothesis across universities, government agencies, research centres, peak bodies, and leadership teams. And the patterns were consistent.

Brilliant people drowning in complexity they haven’t been helped to name

Strategy disconnected from the people responsible for making it real

Good ideas fading between teams, meetings, and competing priorities

So, Sparkle became a system. Not just a set of services, but a way of working.

It was built around three truths:

  1. clarity before action
  2. people as the design brief
  3. intent only mattering if it moves.

Everything we do flows from those three things.
